Acceptance of TermsBoard Game Bliss provides its service to you (the "customer"), subject to the following terms and conditions, which we may update at any time without prior notice. In addition, when using particular Board Game Bliss services, you and Board Game Bliss shall be subject to any of the following guidelines or rules. By placing an order, customer indicates acceptance of all posted terms and conditions.
Terms of Sale
All sales are prepayment only. Board Game Bliss accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and e-checks via PayPal. Please visit Paypal’s website at www.paypal.com for more information.
Processing
All orders will be processed and shipped no later than 5 business days from the time that payment is confirmed. All orders placed after 5pm CST will not be received by Board Game Bliss until the following business day.
Back Orders
Although it is very rare for an item to be unavailable, if temporary product unavailability will cause shipping times to exceed our stated processing time, we will notify the customer via email of the order status. All backorders will ship once item(s) are available, unless customer has contacted us prior with instructions to cancel.
Cancellations
All orders/backorders may be cancelled prior to shipping, at no cost to customer. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or fax.
Indemnity
You (the "customer") agree to indemnify and hold Board Game Bliss, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the above services (the "service"), your connection to the service, your violation of said service, or your violation of any rights of another.
Limitation of Liability
Customer expressly understands and agrees that Board Game Bliss shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Board Game Bliss has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the service; the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or any other matter relating to the service.
Return Policy
Please contact us regarding any problems with any of our products. No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization. Return authorization must be obtained within 20 days of ship date and is valid 30 days from date of issuance. The return authorization number should be clearly visible on outside of box, and an enclosed note should briefly describe the reason for the return.Please note the following return conditions and how appropriate credits are determined:
- Customer received order, but item(s) are defective upon receipt (manufacturer defect)
- Board Game Bliss will issue a full credit for cost of item(s), or complete replacement at NO additional shipping or handling costs. If defective product must be returned to manufacturer, Board Game Bliss will pay for all return shipping.
- Customer refuses delivery, or package is returned as undeliverable
- Board Game Bliss will issue a credit for cost of item(s), minus a 20% restocking fee.
- Customer accepts order, then wants to return it for personal reasons
- Board Game Bliss will issue a credit for cost of item(s), minus a 20% restocking fee, once the item(s) has been returned (return shipping at customer's expense) and confirmed to be in resellable condition. Additional restocking fees will be assessed for item(s) not received in resellable condition.

The Information We Collect
