Wiz-War is a fun, crazy, somewhat random, wizard battling game. Don't take this one seriously. Just play, and watch the zaniness unfold.
There are two drawbacks for me, anyway. This version is a massive step backward in component quality from eighth edition. If you want a copy of that, however, you're going to have to pay an outrageous price. On the other hand, this version is priced fairly reasonably. Second drawback is you may find the game goes a little long.
Overall though, this edition of Wiz-War is fun. It is also a streamlined offering over some previously bloated versions.
