Quick Cosy Tetromino Game

We’ve played this game alot. It’s quick - two players taking 12 simultaneous turns takes about 15-20 minutes. It’s cute - we race to collect sheep meeples while also trying to connect other land features. Very Pleasing.

Not gonna reinvent the wheel or anything, but it takes a concept and does it well. Cute pieces. Future friendly packaging and components. Questionable value because of it. But, overall, a fun game that will scratch a few itches at once. Can be played by young kids or beginners as the rules are not that extensive. Quick learn/teach and set-up partially due to the fact that the game even comes with an eco-friendly insert that holds (pretty much) everything perfectly.

Game also comes with an expansion, but another would be welcome to add more variety.

A Horror of a Game

One of Hermann's best efforts since Dawn of the Zed's. No zombies in this one, just Horrors, and lots of them. Great production value and a great co-op experience with a fairly easy rule set to keep the game moving. So many tactical options and choices are available and the game has tons of replayability as the starting situations can be very different and the Event cards keep you guessing. A fine expansion is available (or soon will be) as well.

Great wargame centered on logistics

Who will cross the Rhine first? This wargame depicts the ongoing race between the key generals of WWII rushing forward to be the first to cross into Germany. The key element is logistics; fuel, ammo and food for the troops. Will you revert to carpet bombing, air assault (Market Garden still) or sheer speed to go around German pockets? Great game!

Great Expansion!

How do you make an already fantastic game even better? Give it a great expansion! The new components, especially the corporations, offer a quick start and a powerful asymmetric ability and the three new alien species offer some very fun and unique actions. While this expansion is not necessary to enjoy this game it does give the gameplay a nice boost. Thumbs up!

Beautiful Mat

This mat is very well made. It's luxuriously thick with stitched edges and colors that pop in ways my camera can't begin to capture. I couldn't find dimensions anywhere online prior to purchasing, but finally bit the bullet. It's 21 inches by 21 inches and because it's just a beautiful art print can easily be used with other games requiring a small foot print. Just keep in mind that it is a small mat for the price. It is an uncommon size, so it will be a welcome addition to my collection, perfect for solo plays or smaller games.

These Fromage tokens are not cheesy!

The wooden Fromage tokens are a great addition to the game simply because they are easier to manipulate than the cardboard punch-out tokens. They are well made just as the picture shows. The one thing I wish they had done is to silk-screen both side with black ink. As it is one side is blank
