I bought this game as an early Christmas present for my roommate who loves history-based games, especially the game Timeline. This game is basically Timeline but 100 times better. She absolutely loved it and asks me to play it with her constantly. I am one very satisfied customer!
Also, I want to say a personal thank you to Board Game Bliss for notifying me the game was in stock. It is sold out literally everywhere else and I was worried I wouldn't be able to get this game for Christmas at all.
Great game with well integrated mechanics. The battles are deterministic and also fun! The artwork is beautiful too.
Like volume one, this is an easy to learn hard to master game. Thematic and tense actions make it another must have from John Butterfield
