Expansion for

Kingdomino
Queendomino

Accessory Laserox - Majesty's Sorter (Compatible with Queendomino and Kingdomino)

You might fear the giants who will crush your precious buildings, or you could make them move smartly on your opponent's kingdoms.

In Kingdomino: Age of Giants, the first expansion for either Kingdomino or Queendomino, new royal challenge tiles allow you to score more victory points in many different ways. This expansion also includes a tile dispenser tower as well as a castle and king for a fifth player.

Adds a nice element to one of our favourite family games.

Kindomino/ Queendomino are games that we all love in this family. (Kids 5,9,13). Simple concept, satisfying tile placement. The giants add an extra kick to the play.

Decent additions but overpriced

When an expansion costs more than the base game in a smaller box you really need to stop and ask if this is worth it. Adds a 5th players, adds the Giant which you send to "steal" crowns from another players board (take that mechanic), has a cool tile dispenser, a scorepad... the thing I personally bought it for was the variable end scoring challenges. This adds many more options than just the "completed kingdom" and "castle in the middle" options from the base game, and choosing them randomly each game adds a really nice element to building out the kingdom. In the end I thought it was worth the price!

Doesn't add much, but still worth it

The giants look cool but the real reason to get this is for the ability to play with 5 players as well as for the end of game goals that give you other considerations when playing the game. My biggest quibble with the production is that the included scorepad doesn't have spaces to record points from the Queendomino expansion (and vice versa) so it's annoying when playing with both at once. It does add a very minor "take-that" element with the giants so if you don't like that, this expansion might be a pass for you.
