Pre-Order Policy
- Pre-order items are charged at the time the order is placed.
- Prices for pre-order items are subject to change based on final landed costs.
- If the final price is lower, the difference will be refunded to the customer in the form of store credit.
- If the final price is higher, customers will be given the option to either:
- Pay the difference, or
- Cancel the item for a full refund.
- Orders containing pre-order items will be placed on hold until all items in the order are available.
- Once all items have arrived and pricing remains unchanged, the order will be automatically shipped.
- Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable (e.g., the publisher cancels the product), a full refund will be issued.
- Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded by customers or the store.
- For transactions that are no longer eligible for direct refunds due to payment processor limitations, a store credit will be issued instead.

Full colour insert compatible with Wyrmspan®. The design provides both efficient storage and improved game play. Many of the trays can be utilized during the game, and they greatly aid set-up and clear-away times. The rules and boards act as a lid on top of the trays.
The insert is arranged in up to two layers with space on top for the boards, with a small filler tray on the third layer. The design also works with the resource upgrade pack available for the game. There is an empty card slot to allow for future expansion content. There is space for all cards to be sleeved with quality sleeves.
The entire card tray can be put on the table to use during the game, and there are two component trays, one for either end of the table, ensuring easy access for everyone. Every tray includes images from the rulebook or game cards and boards. The images greatly improve the look of the trays, but also help in game clear up as you can instantly see what goes where.
When packing the box, first place the small filler tray and then add the player boards on top of the trays. This is followed by the round tracker board, the dragon guild board, and the card display board. Next place the scorepad and the dragon guild tiles, and finally, place the rulebooks on top. This fully fills the box without any lid lift and allows for vertical storage of the game.
