Pre-Order Policy
- Pre-order items are charged at the time the order is placed.
- Prices for pre-order items are subject to change based on final landed costs.
- If the final price is lower, the difference will be refunded to the customer in the form of store credit.
- If the final price is higher, customers will be given the option to either:
- Pay the difference, or
- Cancel the item for a full refund.
- Orders containing pre-order items will be placed on hold until all items in the order are available.
- Once all items have arrived and pricing remains unchanged, the order will be automatically shipped.
- Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable (e.g., the publisher cancels the product), a full refund will be issued.
- Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded by customers or the store.
- For transactions that are no longer eligible for direct refunds due to payment processor limitations, a store credit will be issued instead.

The design provides both efficient storage and improved game play. Many of the trays can be utilized during the game, and they greatly aid set-up and clear-away times. The rules and boards act as a lid on top of the trays.
The insert is designed for sleeved cards, and has space for 425 large, 900 standard, and 450 square gear cards. The tray for the gear cards can also be used for standard cards if your gear cards are stored in elsewhere, say in a folder. In this way you can store an additional 250 sleeved standard cards.
The insert is arranged in up to two layers, with the main part of the box taken up by two large card trays.
When packing the box, first place the settlement sheets on top of the token trays, followed by the rulebook. Next add the scout gear card sheet and settlement board, with the location boards & bone eaters monster card placed on top at the bottom in a stack. Then add the character sheets and large square terrain tiles as shown. Finally, place the encounter board sideways across the top extending into the recess on the top of the central card tray. This fully fills the box without any lid lift and allows for vertical storage of the game, even though such storage is unlikely for such a game box.
