Crypt is a light set collection game with a unique dice placement mechanic for 1 to 4 players with easy-to-learn rules and exciting strategic gameplay, all in 25 minutes.

Risk your servants to secure the best treasure in this light set collection game with a unique dice placement mechanic

Place your servant dice on treasure cards, choosing any value on each die. Choosing a higher value can ward off your opponents, but it also increases the odds that your servant will become exhausted. After everyone has placed their servant dice, everyone rolls. If you roll less than your chosen value, you lose the die.

Sets of treasure can be pawned off to collectors that offer bonus coins and special abilities. The player with the most valuable collection wins!

A Great Filler with a neat mechanic!

I enjoyed this game more than I thought, especially for one so small and cheap. It's a push-your-luck type set collection game where you place dice on cards in a bid to get them with others able to "out bid" you by placing a higher value dice of theirs.. but with two neat twists: you don't roll the dice, you choose the values you want on the dice - after everyone is done choosing, you have to roll your dice and atleast match or exceed the value you chose. So if you decided to put a 6 on a card because you really want it, if you don't roll a 6 you exhaust your dice and you'll have to spend a turn to recover it (you still get the card thankfully!). Scales well between 2,3 and 4 players, has a solo mode, and a few additional game variants. Really easy to get into, but lots of thought on the value of your dice and the sets of cards you are going to go for. Variable goals as well so extra replayability. Wonderful game!
