Sadly, A Lazy Cash Grab

While there is some nice items in this game like the rose gold player tokens and pretty colors, the game isn't is just Monopoly with Sailor Moon slapped on the cover. They missed a lot of potential.

Instead as playing as your favorite scout, you are one of the magical items in the show which is super disappointing. Instead of buying properties you see from the show, you're buying characters from the show which is just weird and kind of uncomfortable. Things like dice, houses and hotels are straight from a normal Monopoly game, not even changing the colors of them to match the theme. Even the money, which they put different characters on, didn't match the characters, something that could have easily been fixed by switching characters to different colors.

Overall, if you're a Sailor Moon fan, you will be disappointed. Some fans might still buy it just for the IP which I do understand as I did buy LotR Monopoly (Trilogy Edition) back when the movies first came out... and haven't played it since then. I'd personally rather pay 50 or 100 dollar for a great IP based game (which I have done) then by a poorly thought out Monopoly themed game. (Even when it's on sale)
