- If the final price is lower, the difference will be refunded to the customer in the form of store credit.

- Pay the difference, or
- Cancel the item for a full refund.

The city has been divided in two by a massive Interstate highway. Zoning rules don't allow you to cross the Interstate, so you must work with what you've got... a smaller, more competitive Sprawlopolis!
This 5-card expansion to the popular game Sprawlopolis adds a 4-card Interstate highway that divides your city into two halves (each time you play, 4 cards are used to build the interstate, and 1 chosen at random is added as a scoring card to 2 scoring cards chosen from the base game). Play options includes 2-player cooperative, 2-player competitive, and Solo. No matter which mode you are playing, players may only play on their own side of the Interstate (in solo, each turn you alternate which side you play on).
