is a quick, fun game nominally about buying and selling real estate. During the game's two distinct phases, players first bid for several buildings then, after all buildings have been bought, sell the buildings for the greatest profit possible.

The Überplay 2005 Edition has new art, rules and card distribution changes, and it accommodates 3-6 players.

The Gryphon 2009 Edition uses the Überplay art for the faces of the property cards, while replacing most other art. The rules are the same as the Überplay edition, with the exception of the rounding rule.

A super smart classic that should be in everyone's collection!

A classic. My second most played game. It's quick and sharp and brings out emotions in everyone. When 2 players keep bidding until someone pays $10 for the 30 card or you get $0 for your 25 card. Anything can happen.

You have to read your opponents and change how you play based off of them.

Great for groups

This is a great little game for groups that easy to teach and greats great fun to play. the Travel version is honestly basically the same components so if you don't need a big box then check that one out for sure

A classic!

One of the strongest lighter games out there, makes for a good icebreaker to a games night.

More strategy than expected!

Great little game with 5-6 people! The tactics work with a little strategy!
