Pre-Order Policy
- Pre-order items are charged at the time the order is placed.
- Prices for pre-order items are subject to change based on final landed costs.
- If the final price is lower, the difference will be refunded to the customer in the form of store credit.
- If the final price is higher, customers will be given the option to either:
- Pay the difference, or
- Cancel the item for a full refund.
- Orders containing pre-order items will be placed on hold until all items in the order are available.
- Once all items have arrived and pricing remains unchanged, the order will be automatically shipped.
- Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable (e.g., the publisher cancels the product), a full refund will be issued.
- Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded by customers or the store.
- For transactions that are no longer eligible for direct refunds due to payment processor limitations, a store credit will be issued instead.

Organizer compatible with The Castles of Burgundy – 20th anniversary edition (2019)
Designed to fit into the game box. The lid will close flush with one manual, while it will sit by some mm if manuals of all languages are put inside the game box.
Size of assembled organizer: 29.6 x 20.6 x 4.85 cm – Important: Due to manufacturing, printing, and edition differences, box sizes can vary and may not be compatible with the version our products were designed for. Please measure the bottom inside of your game box to confirm fit for the organizer dimensions listed above.

Organizer capacity:
- 3x token holders, with slots organized by color and type;
- 1x bonus token tray, dimensioned to be put on the game board;
- 1x goods tray, dimensioned to be put on the game board;
- 1x coins and worker tray, with easy pick;
- 1x trade routes tray;
- 1x player set box, with shutter closure;
- 1x box for goods, shields, white dice.
Vertical storage safety: ★★★★★ – Every piece will stay in its slot. Follow the reboxing sequence to properly store your organizer. We recommend using a h-band to avoid accidental box opening. Don’t shake.
