Dune: Imperium – Immortality

I added this to the first game of Uprising I played, where half the players were brand new, and I had only played Imperium once before. It offers another board to move across, with two Victory Points (no alliance, so everyone can get all of these), a new grafting mechanic that lets you play two cards on an agent turn, and a special deck of cards bought with hard-to-get experimental cubes.

The new board takes a lot of investment, so for most players, that's gonna mean either ignore it entirely, or go all in. I was the only one who invested heavily in it, and while it paid off for me and my team, I was in last place for a while.

I just liked that there were more avenues for players to explore, though it doesn't add new agent spaces, just modifies one existing one.

This expansion adds more meat to this ahead great game and makes the card play more fun

One of the best new games out there. Great addition.

Nice complement for the Dune : Imperium world. Only played it solo. The AI players move faster on the Bene Tleilax track, not so easy for human player. It is somewhat easier to counterbalance on the Research track though, not because the AI’s are not present on this track, but conclusion of the gameplay so far. The new cards, (Imperium and Tleilax Rows), offers greater diversity and strategic options. It will take more gameplay to be familiar with this expansion, but it has definitely a place on the game table.

Haven't engaged it yet. My customer experience with BGB was simply excellent, from purchasing to shipping and delivery. Can't ask for more.
