This age of art and capitalism has created a need for a new occupation, the gallerist, which combines elements of the art dealer, museum curator, and artists’ manager.

You are about to take on that job! You will promote and nurture artists; buy, display, and sell their art; build and exert your international influence. As a result you will achieve the notoriety needed to draw visitors to your gallery from all over the world.

So build your fortune running the most lucrative gallery ever.

Maximize your money and thus win the game by:

  • having visitors in your gallery;
  • exhibiting and selling works of art;
  • investing in artists’ promotion to increase art value;
  • achieving trends and notoriety as well as curator and dealer goals.

Beautiful, deep, worth it.

So well-made, in terms of design, theme, look and components.
A deep, rich game---but not as difficult to learn as many people claim.
Even with only 2 players, there's plenty of interaction (kicked-out actions are constantly happening).
The theme comes through in all the rules, very clever.
Always something interesting & rewarding to do on your turns, great choices & combos---not a game that leaves you feeling blocked, stuck & punished.
Such a pleasure to set up and behold---the cardboard tokens are so thick, very luxurious, and the insert/organizer that comes with it holds everything so nicely---it even has a well-fitting lid that keeps everything in place.
The scoring expansion tiles give even more variability/replayability to a game that already had a bunch.
In every way, more games should be like this---but that's easier said than done!

meh

feels a bit claustrophobic, keeping track of who's turn it is somewhat annoying. lacks excitement but overall good for those who want an optimization puzzle. Lacks interactivity.

Very thematic, very difficult

A truly thematic game that may feel a bit overwhelming at first.

Super thematic, elegant game

Elegant game, where a few actions make for an incredibly deep, heavy game. The kick-out mechanic makes for interesting interaction and choices. The theme is in every part of the game, each action feels thematic and realist. Plus, the art from Ian O'Tool and the high-quality components make this one of the most beautiful games I know of.
