BoardGameBliss - Bring & Buy Auction Day - (April 2025)

Join us for a fun and friendly Board Game Auction, where boardgamers come together to refresh their collections! Whether you’re looking to part with a few games you no longer play, or you're on the hunt for something new-to-you, this is your chance to do both!

For Buyers:

  • Date: Apr 26 (SAT), 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Address: 5 - 245 West Beaver Creek Rd Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1L1
  • We accept Debit, Credit & Cash
  • All games are AS-IS and non-refundable
  • The store will be open as usual, and seller can still shop for board games like normal.

Price:

  • Each game can have three different prices, depending on when it's sold. —12 PM, 2 PM, and 4 PM
  • The earlier you buy, the better your chances of securing your desired game
  • The later time slots offer lower prices, but availability may be limited.

Want to sell your games?

Pre-registration:

  1. Please fill in the “Pre-registration form” before Apr 20 (6:30 pm)

  2. Each customer may only bring a maximum of 10 games to sell at the auction. Any submissions exceeding this limit will not be accepted.

  3. Bring seller registered games to the store during the period below:
    - April 21 - 25 (MON - FRI): 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Highly Recommended)
    - April 26 (SAT): 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

  4. Tag each of the games with an Item sheet, each sheet will display all the info of the game

  5. Seller may set three different price points depending on when the item is sold. (Must be in whole dollar amounts – e.g. $10, $40)

*No further applications or game submissions will be accepted after Cut off time. No exceptions will be made.

* To avoid the risk of losing game pieces or parts, sellers are expected to properly secure their games before submitting them for sale. (E.g: tape, elastic bands, or other similar measures

More Details:

  1. If the game gets sold, seller will receive 90% of the selling price in Store Credit* via email during the following week, no other payment methods will be offered. (*Store credit will expire on Dec 31, 2026.)

  2. NO NSFW (Not Safe for Work) games or any content deemed inappropriate.

  3. If the games did not sell during the auction, seller must pick them up from the store either at the end of the event or between Apr 27 and May 3. Any games not collected within this timeframe will count as forfeited by sellers.

  4. BoardGameBliss reserves the right to make the final decision on everything related to the auction.
