Suggested Age 10 and up

Misión secreta (Secret Mission) is a semi-cooperative card game with one or more hidden traitors.
Players play the role of engineers trying to build a state-of-the-art superrobot which is divided in 4 parts (card boards). Players add the pieces necessary to build each part, adding cards face down to the boards.

Every time the number of added cards equals the number of needed items, the players flip the cards and check if the added items match exactly the ones needed. If so, the task is completed, if not, they must build that part again from zero.

The goal of the game is to build the complete robot before the deck ends. If players fail to do so, the traitors win.

You depend on each other to fulfill the mission, but you’ll need to unmask the traitors that hide among you before it is too late.

Great introduction to traitor mechanism.

This is a simple, yet very fun game. The robot pieces are on thick board, and the cards are nice and stiff. Good quality.

I play with kids from 5 to 10, and they grasp it fine. There is no literacy requirement, your goals are clear, and the three different card suits are also uniquely coloured. Very simple.

The part the 5 year olds have issue with is trying to convince people they’re not the Hacker. You’re not supposed to show your hand, or identity, to anyone else and as anyone who plays with kids knows: this can be an issue. But they learn quick.

Excellent game. I’m 40 and enjoying it quite a bit.

If you like Traitor Games (like Among Us, Dark Moon) this is a great introduction to the genre.
