Very poor handling of completing hold/merge order

A great idea in principle, but something is wrong with their system. When I tried to have my order shipped once reaching free shipping amount, it wanted to still charge me for shipping. So I emailed them. No response. Emailed 2 more times over the next 3 weeks. Same. Called. Msg they do not monitor their voicemail on that line. Finally called again & got a live person who was able eventually to alert shipping dept to ship with free shipping. Whole process took 3 weeks and great persistence, and I never received any kind of apology. Please fix this glitch and read/answer your emails! I was beginning to think bgb had gone out of business and the money I'd paid had gone with them.
