Light Wargame

I enjoy playing Fighters if the Pacific. Easy to understand and play, great scenarios, solid introduction to war gaming. I bought both expansions. No cards or dice making this a very strategic game with no luck factor. Heavy gamers will find this a very light game to play a good one to get kids into the hobby.

Well, it was my mistake

I put a wrong address but thank you for letting me do a new purchase. Hopefully somebody on a same address in Boston as in Sommerville will enjoy the game.

Too few (or not really any) "new" components

The Coral Sea "expansion" gives the buyer "more of the same."
There are more Avengers, TBD's, Kates, Zeroes ...
Not really much new in the aircraft lineup, though there are a handful of new ship tokens (but since the mechanics of the game make ships more-or-less interchangeable, having "more" isn't particularly necessary). There is a campaign book, which is the main selling point here.
