Pre-Order Policy
- Pre-order items are charged at the time the order is placed.
- Prices for pre-order items are subject to change based on final landed costs.
- If the final price is lower, the difference will be refunded to the customer in the form of store credit.
- If the final price is higher, customers will be given the option to either:
- Pay the difference, or
- Cancel the item for a full refund.
- Orders containing pre-order items will be placed on hold until all items in the order are available.
- Once all items have arrived and pricing remains unchanged, the order will be automatically shipped.
- Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable (e.g., the publisher cancels the product), a full refund will be issued.
- Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded by customers or the store.
- For transactions that are no longer eligible for direct refunds due to payment processor limitations, a store credit will be issued instead.

The design provides both efficient storage and improved game play. Many of the trays can be utilized during the game, and they greatly aid set-up and clear-away times. The rules and boards act as a lid on top of the trays.
The full colour print really brings the trays to life, tying them in with the theme of the game and making it easier to see which components go where.
The trays are arranged in up to two layers, with the trays arranged around the cloth bag of map tiles in the center. Note that the large tray for the leader standees at the top of the images has no base, so should remain in the box.
Every tray includes images from the rulebook or game cards and boards.
The images greatly improve the look of the trays, but also help in game clear up as you can instantly see what goes where.
When packing the box, first place all the map tiles in the cloth bag and add to the gap in the center of the insert. Next add the rule book on top of the trays, followed by the game board. Lastly add the player screens in two stacks of two. This fully fills the box without any lid lift and allows for vertical storage of the game.
