A little misleading when you google search the Collectors edition vs what you get here.

I don't want anyone to make my mistake which is that I thought this would have come with the Palisade and Roof miniatures.

What you're paying for here are the character minis which you absolutely do not need to play the game, if anything it negatively affects the gameplay since you need to play around the 'main / support' pawn mechanism. The other reason you would want to buy this is for the better rulebook that eases you into the game by having scenarios that drip feed you new mechanisms one at a time.

I still play with my Portal 2nd Edition, of which I bought for a quarter of the price of this collectors ed.
