Pre-Order Policy
- Pre-order items are charged at the time the order is placed.
- Prices for pre-order items are subject to change based on final landed costs.
- If the final price is lower, the difference will be refunded to the customer in the form of store credit.
- If the final price is higher, customers will be given the option to either:
- Pay the difference, or
- Cancel the item for a full refund.
- Orders containing pre-order items will be placed on hold until all items in the order are available.
- Once all items have arrived and pricing remains unchanged, the order will be automatically shipped.
- Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable (e.g., the publisher cancels the product), a full refund will be issued.
- Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded by customers or the store.
- For transactions that are no longer eligible for direct refunds due to payment processor limitations, a store credit will be issued instead.

Work your way through missions together, with one goal: to play rounds flawlessly. Only when you create a harmonious symphony of colours and numbers will you find that perfect synergy.
Synergy is a cooperative campaign-style game where you play through 30 different missions. The goal is simple: make sure your team wins a certain number of rounds to complete the mission. Action cards might make your job easier, whereas challenges and super and hyper cards will make it more difficult for you.
A round consists of playing two number cards and one goal card. Usually in the order of number-goal-number. Cards are played step-by-step. Cards are always played face down and only revealed once all players have played a card, after which the next card can be played face down. Players have to strategically pick their goals and deduce which numbers other players might play. Once you all have played your final card you will find out if you are in perfect harmony with each other or whether your teamwork needs a little tuning.
